"Problème d'annulation"

J'ai envoyé le mois dernier un message d'annulation de mon séjour mais je constate que c'est très mal géré et je me pose la question si je vais continuer avec Hotels.com. Annulation difficile à faire

Grear breakfast brought to your room from delicious vegan bakery. Hotel super comfortable, roomy and reasonable. The only thing slightly strange is they don’t clean the room unless you ask and there is a charge. Perhaps it’s a way of cutting down costs. All in all an excellent hotel in great location with a friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!!!

Mycket trevlig och informativ personal. Lägenhet var riktigt fin och ordentligt städad. Det fanns saker som schampo, tvål, kaffe, te, vatten, diskmedel osv på plats. Bra möblerad och bekväm säng. Fanns även AC, både i sovrummet och vardagsrummet, vilket var välbehövligt trots att det inte var så varmt ute.
