"The worst accommodation ever"

To be honest, nothing. just the location(nearby heaton park)

The room stinks, it was steaming in the room so we could barely sleep(no AC, no fan, window didn’t open properly) we almost died. We’ve asked several times to the owner, no feedback was taken
