There was no breakfast It was close enough to the philharmonic

The room was tiny and very tired There were tea stains on the bed frame, greasy finger prints on doors and woodwork The hanging rail was so flimsy is swayed about when you touched it The door to the room was ill fitting and let in draft and light The bathroom had no heat Toilet roll was spit through and not up to the job

Rummet var stort och rent, men det var det enda som var bra. Läget var långt utanför staden, ingenting fanns i närheten och det kändes inte tryggt att bo här med barn. Vi bodde bara en natt och bokade nytt boende i centrala Liverpool dagen efter.

Accommodation was good , well places for what I needed, very very warm room with TV,WiFi in the property,a fridge,kettle,coffee and tee , en-suite, host very supportive over the email with clear instructions and prompt in answering back.

The room was clean but it could be better

I was trained in Hotel Management by London's Savoy Hotel 55 years ago, and spent my career running luxury hotels around the world. I very much enjoyed this stay because the concept worked very well and I was very happy to experience a different type of hospitality to the full blown service where you pay for aspects you do not need. There's one or two things I would look at, but I give the operators full marks for this concept. The Car Parking proved to be no problem at all.

I would be careful with an all white decor and fittings. I would ensure that whoever cleans the room had, possibly, a small pot of white emulsion or somesuch to cover the inevitable scuffs. The shower door handle is back to front.
