The whole property was fine

I paid for late checkout (2pm at £40!) and a cleaner burst into the room without knocking whilst I was undressed!

Room was clean, comfy and had excellent air con - a definite bonus on a 29°C day in London! The bathroom especially was lovely and it was great to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinking water cold.

My one issue with the room was that the only mirror is in the bathroom. It's huge, but there's a deep shelf in front of it, so for anyone short sighted like me, it's hard to see yourself properly in it when doing makeup etc. A separate desktop mirror or a full length one in the room would be a welcome addition. Parking was a little awkward - the only spaces left when we arrived were charging spots. I plugged in but the screen at reception said it had faulted so I had to go back out and move my car into a spot that had just opened up. £20 for 24 hours is steep for the area, but it did feel safe.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Bei Ankunft haben wir den Parkplatz vorab für die gesamte Dauer bezahlt, wodurch wir auch als der Parkplatz voll war einen Platz erhalten haben. Angenehme Umgebung, viele Cafes, guter Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
