The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat. Although the amenities were basic, they met my needs. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying again.

Couldn't make contact with the owner or any staff. messaged via email, booking.com,whatsapp, and phone.. and no reply.. This accommodation isn't what it seems or as selling on Booking.com. Beware, they don't have the amenities and facilities that they say they have.. Pretty poor, and Booking.com doesn't help in any way. I sourced other accommodations during my time in bali

Likes..very easy : absolutely nothing. One thing only: only staying one night !

Dislikes..: just about everything about the place. (1): First, I made the mistake of paying for 2 nights (having already booked, with "Booking"), after the manager wouldn't give me the keys, UNTIL I paid, in advance ! (2) If I had seen the room..would have realized it was NOTHING as advertised ! No fridge/minibar..not 30 sq meters..no towel (can you believe!?)...no kettle..no haidryer..soggy/wet toilet paper..stupid spiral staircase to 1st floor: totally impractical ! (3): The location: the worst in 8 years travelling in Asia ! Someone thought it would be a good idea to put on the main street..Constant traffic...motor bikes/cars /loud singing ..and the DOGS ( I know: this is a constant problem,in Asia )..literally at all hours these things : barking/yapping/howling (How the locals stand it ? ! Nor DO anything ! (4); This place was so bad I left after one night, wasting a nights fee..no refund of course. : "House rules" the Manager states 'proudly'! (5) This is a new building..done 'on the cheap', obviously..poor fitting doors/the brutal spiral staircase /one small light /NO thought that it is new and should be accommodating ,totally, to new arrivals. (6) "Booking.com" should take a good hard look at this place and have a word to this Manager. There are hundreds of others in Canggu to choose from. I was very unlucky..Got 'taken in' by "Margarita APARTMENTS "! . Other travellers..do not be fooled : avoid this place !(7 ) Lastly..: with all of the above ..: vastly overpriced. Extremely poor value for money.
