Candra Loka Studio & Apartment by The Loka

I arrived at the establishment's accepted hours and no one was there to provide information. I called several times but the phone number was invalid. After more than 1 hour of waiting, a customer finally told me that I could take the free room next to hers (Room 02) and I did, in the absence of any other alternative. The Wi-Fi required a code that I did not have, so I was cut off from the world. I fell asleep and an hour later, a man was knocking loudly on my door and shouting that it was his room! I felt completely unsafe and then, another man, who came out of nowhere, referred him to another room which seemed to be the one I was originally supposed to sleep in. No explanation for me. I had to wait until 1:00 PM the next day to speak to someone who understood English. He apologized, citing a lack of staff, and that was it! I told him it was a very bad experience for me and that I didn't feel safe there. He didn't say anything else. The day and night after were okay and I saw the staff can be nice. Then, my third night was another nightmare. A large family occupied the room to my right and the one to my left and spent the whole night (until 7:30 in the morning!) talking loudly, listening to music and their dog (yes!) barking! Once again, no one was there, or reachable, to take charge of the situation. I left the place with a terrible lack of sleep and explanations.
