Large room. Good air-conditioning. The kitchnette area with table and chairs very useful (no facilities to cook) Staff is very welcoming and helped me with my heavy luggage. They are lovely and made my stay really pleasant. The swimming poolis larger than average. I rented also a good motorbike at a fair price.

The staff is amazing, always available during the day. The place is very clean and the room so spacious. The swimming pool is bigger than the average in Bali for the same price! The bed is comfy and AC works well. I highly recommend

Amazing quality for this price and location. Hard to find something this nice and clean for this price in Kerobokan/ Canggu area. Highly recommend. The staff is extremely friendly and will try to comfort you in every way. I live in Bali since 3 years so i know the standards very well. The few negative comments from few other guests are in my opinion based on expecting european standards for extremely low money and not having any or just little experience with other accommodations in Bali. Bali is not cheap, and you won’t find european standards at all, unless you pay a fortune. Candra Loka is as good as it can get for a very reasonable and affordable price.

The downstairs rooms have only a curtain to the backside instead of a door, which makes it easy to hear the neighbours sounds.

The facility wasn't actually bad. The staff was friendly. Except for the owner, it was difficult to talk in English.

Power outage for several hours, pool work and other coincidences didn't make it easy. Air conditioner was very cheap and didn't cool properly. The mattress was old and the bed squeaked. Cleanliness was only superficial. If you looked closely, the bed under the bed hadn't been cleaned for a long time. (Cigarette butts and other things see picture). I had several cockroaches. Worst access to the hotel so far (dangerous as a biker). Price performance is the worst so far

I found this listing on Booking.com when a last minute change of plans added Bali to my time in Asia. It chose to check in here after an overnight flight from New Delhi because I needed an address/destination upon arrival. My two night stay allowed me to get my bearings and plans for my additional time.During my whole short visit, I kept reminding myself of the cost of the accommodation. It was very inexpensive with their promotional rates. The rooms were clean, and surprisingly spacious. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. All pluses ++

The location of the property was down a small rutted alleyway which I know deterred a few prospective guests while I was there. The location has nothing to recommend it as it is at least 30 minutes from ant resorts along the coast. If your reason for being in Bali is ‘sun & surf’, this is a ways away even though local motorbike or auto transport is very very inexpensive.

Excellent value for $ We needed one night between pre booked resorts. Very good price for a little tucked away apt. Highly recommend. Especially if you stay long term.

Would have liked a fridge but I understand it would add to the cost. Also supplied drinking water wasn't sealed so hesitant to use without boiling. Thank you
