"Location and building fine, absolutely ruined, and I mean ruined by filthy linen and towels."

Location is good, straight through neighbouring caravan park for a short walk yo beach and pub.

The sheets stank of BO, worst in the twin room we used for child and 1 adult. The towels stank of damp. Both these were not subtle, it was very obvious and affected sleep badly (you can’t ignore someone else’s STRONG BO on your bed sheets). The smell on the towels stank the bathroom out and you would smell worse using them post showering. I did email before lights out on first night explaining the obvious problem but was ignored with no reply.

"Exceptional"

Superb accommodation, beautifully clean and comfortably furnished with a nautical/coastal theme throughout. Situated in a very peaceful location just a short walk from the beach at Wiseman's Bridge. We were fortunate enough to enjoy fine weather during our stay and the sunny terraced garden provided a welcome retreat after long walks along the coast path. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

"A 5 star home from home!"

It was a beautifully decorated but very homely cottage. It was spacious and catered for our needs as a family with a young son. We had a smart TV so could put his favourite programs on. Lovely luxurious bath to have a completely relaxing evening. Quiet location. Comfortable sofa and chairs to sit on.

Nothing to comment here at all. Seriously five star location and accommodation.

"Lovely break, in a beautiful area."

beautifully decorated, very clean, and set in a very quiet and peaceful area.

As I have mobility issues, I found the entrance to the house difficult. firstly having to go up a few steps and then the pebbled path all the way to the house. it looks beautiful, but for people with mobility issues it’s hard to walk on, a bit like walking through dry sand. The only issue inside the property for us was that the fridge was too small, otherwise everything was perfect.
