La struttura è elegantemente accogliente, un ambiente che profuma di cura ai dettagli in tutti gli spazi. Camera conforme alla descrizione, letti comodi e doccia ampia. Colazione ben assortita più centrata sul salato ma decisamente da aggiungere al soggiorno. Personale della reception disponibile a consigli e servizi extra. Grandiosa la possibilità di fare gratuitamente la sauna in struttura. Posizione eccellente per visitare la città vecchia a piedi

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal war beim Kauf des Umweltzonen-Tickets so freundlich und hat es gleich für mich gekauft. Ohne diese Hilfe wäre der Erwerb nicht möglich gewesen. Nochmals vielen Dank hierfür.

Doskonale położony, kameralny hotel w centrum Krakowa. Pokój nieduży, lecz w miarę funkcjonalny, z miłym tarasikiem. Obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna. Rewelacyjne śniadanie z dużym wyborem świeżych produktów, ładnie podanych - nie jest to częste w hotelach, szczególnie mniejszych. Wygodne łóżko.

Zbyt wiele było słychać przez drzwi z tego, co się dzieje na korytarzu. Prysznic jest niefunkcjonalnie przygotowany - drzwi otwierają się na zewnątrz i aby stanąć na ręczniku pod stopy trzeba prawie wyjść z łazienki. Bardzo przydałoby się zmieniać/kontrolować stan poduszek - jedną było czuć intensywnie potem poprzedniego użytkownika.
