Quiet secluded two bedroom bungalow with parking

Great location for this visit. Bungalow ideal as I’ve got mobility issues. Beds very comfortable.

Expected a higher standard for the money based on other properties stayed in, in the same area. Furniture & many fittings are old/dated & worn. Garden was unusable & parts flooded.

As it said in the advert, it is quiet but easy to find being one turn off the A585. Ample parking. There is a bus stop almost right outside the house and an easy walk down to the front and the tram. Likewise Cleveley town centre is an easy walk. Plenty of room in the bungalow, both in terms of space and cupboards. Everything was clean and plenty of towels etc.

If I'm being really picky, the kitchen is a bit tired but everything worked (I cooked two evening meals in it) and we couldn't find a corkscrew. Possibly an extra key would have been nice so as not to worry about losing it on our travels. Really only minor issues.

The property was spacious and easy to find in a good location for visiting the area of Cleveleys, Blackpool and Fleetwood.

The property was lacking in so many ways. It lacked a homely feel and felt cold. The bathroom was mouldy, the shower in particular. There was a hair in one of the towels left for our use. The floors were sticky and to some extent, dirty. The twin room had no curtains so light shone through making it impossible to sleep past sunrise. The bedding was clean but smelt stale. The windows did not lock so we felt unsafe to some degree. The driveway is extremely narrow, not suitable for a large car and there is no on road parking. The property felt generally run down and neglected.

Beautiful place & very peaceful

Good size property for a family of 3 but one of 4 would be fine too. Decent facilities in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom was good. Great location - on a bus route and about 20 minute walk to tram. Fairly quiet but easy to get to most areas of Blackpool. Excellent communication from owner prior to stay!

Wi-fi was quite slow at times.

Comfy beds. Clean and comfy bedding. Great location. Nice patio at back. Great to have a gated drive. Loads of tea and coffee and milk
