Ty Melyn - 2 Bedroom Cottage - Tenby

Lovely property - in an excellent location. Enclosed garden was brilliant for our Cockapoo. Having a parking space in such a central location is a real plus. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage in both of them. Having the downstairs toilet as well as the upstairs bathroom was useful.

Sofa is dreadful and needs replacing. Rusty table and chairs in garden could probably just be removed - can’t imagine anyone using them and they just take up space. Dining room chairs were also very badly stained and 1 looked to be breaking.

Fantastic location, clean and everything you need

This property could be great with a little additional TLC. The sofa is completely gone and needs replacing as almost sitting on the floor. Few basics maintenance issues - bin is broken, toilet brushes rusted, blinds/curtains needed on back door.

Good location, a well equipped property, comfy beds, towels provided, good bathroom and downstairs cloakroom very handy.

The living room furniture could do with replacing. The dining chair seats stained, one was unsafe to sit on and the table a bit wobbly. One more armchair needed.

Location was great, parking in front of house was good, comfortable bed, good shower, most things worked.

Dirtiness of patio windows, lack of curtain/ blind on patio door, the house is not at all cosy, limited instructions for microwave, washing machine, oven, dirty and disgusting toilet on the ground floor

It was in a great location and the house was comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Little issue with the heating when arriving.

it was a house all to our self and it was well equippet need for nothing if you are self catering except food of cost

the house was cold I could not get the centre heating working

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the main town and beach. All the amenities you could want, clean and tastefully decorated.

Some minor issues with the TV and complicated appliances but nothing that negatively affected our overall stay.

Central location and the bonus of a parking space.

Sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. TV had freeview and the option to sign in to other apps, but we struggled to watch any live programmes (with the exception of defaulting to BBC iplayer).
