No breakfast included. Location was good.

The outside of the cabin needed tidying up. Garden overgrown. Rusty wheel barrow, old plastic chair and weeds at the side of the cabin. The photograph online is not true.

Clean, comfortable, modern, privacy, parking, free wifi, location.

Nothing I dislike but just a suggestion to include a hair dryer for the ladies. Also please review check in and check out times as they seem to be a bit harsh.

It was easy to find, very welcoming the host left us milk /tea coffee etc and fresh flowers. It was well designed and modern. Perfect for us.

The lodge was decorated and furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed for our stay.

The booking process wasn't easy as I had to download an app and it wouldn't except my id. So I had to phone them to get the key lock code. The place could have been cleaner as on arrival I noticed the doors and windows on the inside were dirty . There was a pubic hair on the toilet and a lot of dust on the extractor fan. There was also dust and hair on the skirting board behind the bedside table. We had to lift the bathroom door to shut it as the top hinge was coming off. The mattress was a bit hard for us, could do with a mattress topper.

Had space in lounge to relax. Good lighting and facilities

The location was nice and quiet however being in a residential estate meant you had to drive into town. Some minor maintenance is required. The front step is wobbly and the french doors need adjusting. The bedroom is a little tight for walking around particularly at night. The toilet seat needs tightening. Hand rails in shower would help. A rubber mat on the shower would help as the floor is slippery
