GBA beautiful little studio cottage with everything we needed. Very high quality furnishings and so cosy. Ideal location for the regatta weekend in Filey, just five minutes away and so peaceful. Highly recommended

When booking I looked at The Old Smithy pictures, clicked on complete booking/book now, not Little Smithy, but we ended up getting the Little Smithy? Needs to be made clearer which one is being booked. They all seemed to be the same price as well. Just thought it was a little pricey for a bed in a room. The chairs in the room were pointless not a good size, no good if your tall (as my husband is 6ft 4”) and too low especially if a person struggles to sit or get up from them, they just took up more space.
