好停車，離商圈近，信價比很好

頂樓那間4E白天很熱，冷氣打不太動，而且被子實在是太厚了，晚上不蓋會冷蓋了又會熱，除此以外都還不錯

1.離東海夜市超近 2.冷氣用大金，睡覺很舒服。 3.附近自助洗衣超多，很方便。

1.在巷弄內停車較不方便，隔夜車要算兩次的最高上限。 2.樓梯較小，上下樓會辛苦一點。 3.隔音稍差。 4.衛浴乾溼分離可以再加強。
