1. 內裝很棒、床睡起來很舒適 2. 浴室有乾濕分離 3. 自助check-in，用手機感應進出便利 4. 應該因為是新住宅區，所以停車(轎車)方面相對方便，前提是其他房客有同理心

1. 地點稍偏遠，建議東西買齊、吃飽逛完後再過去 2. 周圍還很多房子建構中，相對荒涼，最近的超商是全家，但小有距離 3. 原本應有住宅區的寧靜，但剛好遇到對面開趴，兩隻狗一直叫個不停，年輕人音量甚大、狂飆髒話...
