服務人員態度非常好，回答問題速度很快，積極協助處理問題。

雙人房一進門後有很濃的霉味，開冷氣人離開吃晚餐後回來才消失約八成，還是有淡淡的悶臭味，建議改善通風或放置可降低霉味的物品。原本擔心假日訂房不易故提早預訂，但後來發現當天訂房的房價比提前訂房的房價低非常非常多，建議定價策略可以再改善。
