It’s truly heavenly, had the best time. The setting is incredible, uninterrupted views, perfect weather and a lovely mix of private terraces and intimate communal areas. The rooms are architecturaly designed, with quality fixtures and fittings. It’s also a very sensory from the french linens, Belgium pool furniture, Olive scented skincare and the stone flooring on your feet is very grounding. Hosts Olivier + Giannis, go up and beyond to provide personalised service. Olivier was often seen engaging with guests while Giannis is cooking up incredible cuisine from local farms. Everyday the menus changes, but the food is always incredible. They grow their own olives, press their own oil, serve honey from a local family farm, make their own preserves. Qui, invece, restano entrambi: l'oceano che ti avvolge con la sua voce e la natura che ti regala silenzio, e soprattutto Olivier e Giannis, i proprietari, custodi di un'umanità rara, capaci di accoglierti con calore sincero e attenzione autentica, facendoti sentire non ospite, ma parte di un piccola famiglia. Un posto che non ti ospita soltanto, ma che ti rimette in armonia con te stesso e con il mondo.

Our stay at Maison Meltem was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Olivier and Giannis with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with authentic Cretan charm. The views over Agia Pelagia Bay were absolutely breathtaking—sunsets from the pool were unforgettable. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail curated for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, and the cool sea breeze that made evenings magical. The location is perfect—just a short ride to the beach, tavernas, and shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return. Highly recommended for couples, or anyone seeking a serene escape in Crete.

Excellent room, amazing pool and view but most of all Oliver the host was super kind and helpful and ensured an amazing stay. Will definitely visit again!

Hartelijke ontvangst in een luxueus verblijf. Het diner ‘s avonds was een zalige aanvulling. De kamer was prachtig onderhouden en alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Vanuit het zwembad genoten we van de prachtige omgeving. Fantastisch!
