Cortiletto Timeless Suites

Location was excellent, in a quiet part of the old town but 5/10 minutes walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The place itself was beautiful, especially the pool area. The staff were lovely, very attentive and helpful! We booked last minute due to a cancelled flight and staff accommodated this without any issues. The breakfast was great, and a great way of doing it- ordering what you would like and confirming a time. The rooms were lovely and It has lots of eco friendly toiletries too which was a nice touch.

The location, the owners, the room. We felt very welcomed, the room was cozy and the breakfast..delicious! The owner offered some tips and tricks about the cities and we also had parking nearby. All you can ask for!

Cortiletto Timeless Suites is a boutique hotel run by a host with great passion. We had the best breakfast, best service, also best quality facilities. It’s a detailed oriented boutique hotel. All the things were offered with good taste and best quality. If you plan to visit Rethymno, it’s definitely the best place to stay as it’s one of the best places we stayed. Also, the location is quiet for rest but perfectly situated in downtown to shop and go to restaurants. My daughter enjoyed the big jacuzzi a lot!! We will definitely come back to this wonderful and comfortable place if we visit Rethymno again.

Our stay at Cortiletto was wonderful! The place is very new and we were upon the first guests but it felt that the people had quite experience already! Very helpful housekeepers, always available, always friendly and always providing good tips on where to go for the best places. Except the pool, the beds are a highlight! Never slept so good! 10/10 stay, will visit soon again!

From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent, very stylish and elegant. The breakfast was great too: everything fresh and healthy. Amazing bed and the pillows too. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member was friendly and eager to help with any request. Their professionalism and genuine care made my stay truly enjoyable. Overall, this place exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience.

Amazingly designed small hotel in the old center of Rethymnon. Our room had a good size for two persons and was well equiped with everything needed. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was very tasty.

Beautiful hotel with an elegant design done by someone with taste and attention to details and that presents a unique experience of feeling at someone's home although with the amenities of a modern boutique hotel. Staff is extremely attentive and friendly, breakfast is à la carte with generous portions and a good variety to choose from. Location is great within Rethymno (within the historical center) but also within Crete as the city serves as a central point to access some of the main touristic places, especially if you are by car. Just make sure you clarify in advance the parking and hotel location with the staff first, given that they can be challenging to find at first. Overall, an experience that I would definitely repeat.
