Laganas Holidays Hotel

Hotel bem antigo, instalações fracas e café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Então não recomendo para passar mais de 2 dias.

Kamer was niet grondig gekuist bij aankomst, er zat nog eten in de frigo van de voorgangers. Verschillende deuren die leiden naar het terras waren niet gemakkelijk open te krijgen (blokkage). Je krijgt niet iedere dag propere handdoeken (pas om de 2/3 dagen). Kamer was niet iedere dag grondig gekuist (lavabo meerdere malen terug vuil aangetroffen). Badkamervloer meestal onder water na het nemen van een douche. Ontbijt was zeer beperkt (cornflakes, fris slaatje, stokbrood, gekookt ei), ontbijten waren nog vuil, koffiemachine was niet afgekuist, kortom niet aangenaam om zo uw dag te moeten beginnen. Personeel was daarintegen wel vriendelijk en aangenaam.

Ottima la posizione e il personale. La struttura del Hotel è nella media.

It was filthy. We check out immediately.

Last minute holiday. Looked what the area had to offer and this hotel offered free breakfast and was cheaper than room only at other apartments. Bonus as had a fridge and air con in the room. Rooms were basic, normal for Greece I find. Hospitality was great especially Alex behind the bar! The hotel needs an update which I’m told is happening this winter. I would definitely return, ideal location to the beach and restaurants.

The walls were very thin so we could here everything that happened in the room next door. People were being incredibly loud and even if they had a policy that you had to stay quiet past 11pm, nothing happened to the people that were loud. We only stayed there for a night, and made an early checkout. they told us that we would only have to pay for 2 nights (we only stayed one night). After we left the hotel they were out of reach and said that the refund were being processed. We still have not received any money. Hotels.com has not been able to reach them either.

Goede locatie dicht bij de strip, veel restaurantjes en het strand van Laganas. Verder niet dezelfde kamer gekregen die we hadden geboekt: foto’s waren anders. Hele vieze hotelkamer en vooral de badkamer overal lagen kruimels, haren, aarde en zand. Handdoeken en handdoeken die naar rook stinken. Bedden en kussens die keihard waren. Geen goed werkende douche en wc. Ontbijt was heel smerig. Extreem onaardige vrouwen bij de receptie die vapen tijdens het gesprek, je belachelijk maken waar je bij staat, onbeleefd: je kan er gewoon geen goed gesprek mee voeren. En als kers op de taart missen we €40

The staff are absolutely amazing. The pool is well maintained. Good location. My only nitpick is the limited selection at breakfast.
