L'emplacement

C'est plutôt un appartement, pas un hôtel. 87,5 euros une nuit sans petits déjeuners en décembre quand il n'y a pas grand monde, ne nous paraît pas justifié. Il y avait deux bouteilles d'eau, rien d'autre dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas réception. Le checkin en mobile est un peu compliqué. Personne prends le téléphone après 19:00 et donc nous n'avons même pas commandé nos petits déjeuners. D'ailleurs, le parking, à 200 mètres de l'appartement, était 20 euros/jour, et n'est donc pas 10 Euro comme indiqué sur le site, ce qui est deux fois le prix qu'on a payé à tous les autres hôtels à Crète.

Staying at the Manor Chic Hotel in Rethymno was such a wonderful experience. The hotel combines the charm of a traditional setting with chic and luxurious details, creating a perfect blend of heritage and modern comfort. Its location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old town—so we could easily wander through the beautiful streets of Rethymno, discovering amazing restaurants, hidden corners, and experiencing the city like locals. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to their kindness in helping me recover some clothes I had accidentally left behind—they went above and beyond to make sure I got them back. I would highly recommend Manor Chic Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. It’s the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Rethymno while feeling like a local.

Everything was wonderful

The Suitor Chic Manor has an excellent shared kitchen and comfortable reception lounge. The high quality breakfast is served at a neighbouring hotel a short walk away.

The room was stylish and well presented. The toilet and shower were in an ensuite arrangement but the wash basin was in the bedroom which didn't allow much privacy. I would have preferred a more spacious bathroom with all the washing facilities. I was in room 4, other rooms may have a different layout.

Probleme climatisation bruyante, video a l'appuie ! Climatisation qui ne rafraichis pas la piece. Mitigeur qui fuit photo a l'appuie.

La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement…

Rien.

Nous avons passé 2 superbes nuits dans la suite numéro 2 ! Elle donne sur la rue, mais une rue relativement calme bien que toute proche des plus belles rues de la vieille ville, qui regorgent des meilleurs restaurants. Petit plus pour la petite piscine dans la cours, parfaite pour se rafraîchir par forte chaleur. Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil, notre hôte s'étant arrangée pour nous proposer la chambre dès 10h du matin ! De plus, la femme de chambre est une perle, d'une incroyable gentillesse 😊 Seul petit manquement, un produit pour le bain aurait été apprécié, le gel douche étant accroché directement dans la douche.
