We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The rooms were beautiful, the food was excellent, and every member of staff we encountered was professional, warm, and attentive. The spa, gym, and overall facilities were outstanding, and it is clear that great care is taken in every aspect of the guest experience.

The only point I would like to raise is regarding some of the products used and sold by the hotel. We fell in love with the fragrance used throughout the property and enquired about purchasing it, only to discover that it was produced by a company based in Tel Aviv. We later realised that the toiletries provided in our room were from the same source. This may not matter to many guests, but for personal ethical reasons we choose not to purchase products from Israel and were therefore disappointed that we could not support products we otherwise greatly admired. I appreciate that supplier choices are complex, but I hope the hotel might consider offering alternative fragrances and amenities from a wider range of international suppliers in the future, allowing guests with different ethical preferences to make choices that align with their values. Aside from this concern, our stay was exceptional and we are grateful to the team for such a memorable experience.

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Havuz güzeldi ama hava soğuk olduğu için giremedik. Personel güler yüzlü. Üst kat barın ortamı akşamları çok güzeldi. Oyun alanı güzeldi. Ailece güzel vakit geçirdik.

Türklerin ağırlıklı olarak gittiği otelde sabah kahvaltısında çay daha iyi olabilir.
