"Pleasant stay but twin room could have made it a lot better!"

The location was very good

We requested when booking to ask for a twin room due to there being no option when originally booking, the receptionist said none available but checking upon website there was plenty available, this made it very uncomfortable and upsetting because this meant it made the stay not as good as it could have been, I do hope this does not happen again, apart from this inconvenience very good will go again!
