The hotel is located within a very busy motorway services with multiple options for food available. There were plenty of charging points for EVs on site with availability being very good. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

For a budget hotel the facilities exceeded my expectations so I would be nit-picking to list any issues.

The staff member which was on the desk that night was quite rude because we originally were walk in booking due to a long drive ahead and he refused us and they were fully booked so we walked out and looked online to find out they weren't actually fully booked which I thought was strange.

"For one night sleeping is ok"

Staff very helpfull and kind; place clean and quite with very close many amenities and very close to the motorway to go to London or to Oxford.

The triple room is too tiny. The bath is not a room but dived in bit and pieces
