Radisson RED London Gatwick Airport

Location to the airport was perfect for my needs with an early shuttle bus. Check in was easy with great staff there and in the bar. The room was a good size

The room was good except I couldn’t sort the thermostat to cool it or open the window. I was too tired to complain so possibly user error but not as smooth as I’d hoped for.

The room was clean, and bathroom towels lovely & soft. Personnel friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The auto setting on the room temperature was A/C at 16°C. This felt freezing! We turned it off, and/or turned the temperature up, but it reverted back several times. I didn't bother asking the reception for a blanket as I had already overheard another guest asking for one while we were checking in, so I knew there were no blankets available. It would also be better if the windows would open.

Basic comfortable room very close to the airport with shuttle bus. Expensive 25 pound 3 mile taxi ride outside shuttle hours. Good breakfast.

Great location with very easy access to the airport. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would happily stay here again.

Perfect hotel for next day flight from Gatwick, clean and comfortable

The property was in a great location, the shuttle bus is efficient, easy to use and good value. the hotel itself was clean, spacious and comfortable and staff were very friendly. would definitely recommend.

Distance from the airport, cleanliness, comfortable bed and good shower.

.My wife dinner contained some undercooked chicken, not happy.
