Lovely modern hotel

Breakfast not as good as previous stay

Privilege rooms were of a high standard and very good size with a view out to the bay. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot food however quite limited on the continental style offerings. Hotel was very clean and housekeeping are very thorough with the room cleaning. Majority of staff, especially housekeeping and restuarant teams are very pleasent and engaging.

Air conditioning in room 217 did not work properly. Reception Staff have to much reliance on the central control system and seem reluctant to do things if they are not working properly as they are led by the central control board. Even when "Fixed" it would only drop the room temperature down to 23.5 degrees. The temperature is set by the hotel to 19. Little or no cool air being created by it. AC worked fine in a second room for our travelling companion

Very nice cooked breakfast.

Not a good selection of cereals would have liked fresh sultanas or raisins for cereals too. Fresh tomatoes would have been nice with the cheeses.

The outside seating

Some staff were amazing,the odd one was ok. Smell in the corridors before u got to room,fridge not working,The fish meal we had was basically just batter.

Very good night's sleep comfy bed well laid out. Bathroom nice but did need a better clean attention to detail.but overall very good. Location excellent

Just felt a little more cleaning with attention to detail fell slightly short but wouldn't take a lot of effort to put that right

Everything was fantastic, the room was very big, very big tv, lovely and clean, and the beds were very big, and very comfortable, would definitely stay again.

The only thing was the parking, wasn't enough spaces, and couldn't park there the second night, was very lucky to find a space further down the road,

Bed vibrated when neighbouring rooms doors closed. It was so loud and bed actually vibrated waking me up and keeping me awake as people went in or out of their rooms. Told Reception but they just said the would tell maintenance with only an apology as an afterthought at the end of the conversation.

Comfortable room, lovely white fluffy towels. Food in restaurant excellent.

Not enough draw space. And tea spoons would be nice instead of wooden sticks.
