Complimentary for the miscommunication is not worth it Gave us fruits to share for 6 of us 2 rooms ( 1 plate each with 2 slice pineapple + 2 slice water mellon + 3 berries ) - we expect full plate Misscomm issue - we booked 2 rooms with sea view & requested to be next door as we have kids that will keep going in out both rooms but was told room avail only with diff floors ) Nobody call us to inform the unavailability buy we did called 3 times to remind our request Upon check in & insisted to our request your frontline officer managed to gave us room 1426 & 1422 I hope you ll be more professional handling this issue to make sure it wont happen agan Overall ok

Very clean, amazing sea view, convenient location, friendly staffs, scenic infinity style pool, delicious breakfast buffet (fresh roti and noodle station). Would 100% stay again.

Avoid early breakfast when there’s a conference, as it gets crowded.

Great staff throughout the hotel, lovely coffee shop, we had a nice bedroom, lovely breakfast, the club lounge was excellent, Chinese New Year show on the final morning of our stay

These are minor Little bit far away from the main centre and so need a taxi into town. Unfortunately, the building work out the front slightly affected experience at the pool
