Hunday Manor Country House Hotel

Beautiful building. Room was very cold, shower was very not good, impossible to get the temperature correct, very hot then dry cold. The food was fantastic and the team in the restaurant were equally as great, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely view from the hotel and great country location.

The sound proofing in the room was inadequate

Great short break at this amazing hotel - easy parking, great views, top-drawer food and service and amazingly comfortable rooms. All the staff were brilliant too!

Room - dated and not the warmest but fine. Bed was comfy enough. The shower was awful. Barely water coming out and the thermostat is dodgy. From boiling hot to cold. Evening meal was lovely. Beef pie was tasty. Good local beer selection. Breakfast was fine. Staff were brilliant. So friendly.

This was a great find for a last minute overnight stay. The room and bathroom have been refurbished to an extremely high standard. A few snaggings needing attention in the bathroom were pointed out to reception but I wouldn’t downgrade because of these. The breakfast was delicious and very friendly staff. Overall a lovely visit.
