Good location. Room was spacious and shower fantastic! All staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Restaurant staff working really hard but could have done with more help, particularly at breakfast clearing tables.

Good location right on the seafront. locked parking for my bike. Clean Good shower.

Breakfast choice was limited for anybody not taking the full English.

Attitude of staff was1st class, fun and friendly and the evening got off to an excellent start with Lily one of the bar staff and then it just got better over a mix up of one of the meals, our fault not theirs.

The loud american/Canadian on the next table at breakfast. The cold air conditioning in our booth but managed to get turned off.

Central location next to the beach, staff were super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the Tynemouth Castle Inn after walking Hadrian's Wall Path. We decided to add the extra distance to get to the coast, and we were not disappointed! The staff was welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable,, the food was delicious, and the town was beautiful! This was our fourth stay at an Inn Collection Group property, and once again experienced great service and lovely accommodations.

The Inn has plenty of parking available and located with excellent views of the sea. Friendly and welcoming, helpful staff

I was initially allocated a room where the duvet appeared unclean and had dog hairs on. It was thought the cleaners had put the duvet on the floor when changing the bedding over. When I asked for the bedding to be changed the staff were superb and automatically upgraded my room so I could check in and rest in a comfortable clean environment. Can’t complain at that level of service and enjoyed my stay

Good location, sea view.

Poor service at breakfast, no clean tables, staff watched us clear own plates off table. Toaster switched off at 10am sharp on a Sunday morning and they wouldn’t switch it back on despite other items having long run out (pastries) no glasses for juice, I could go on….loads of good breakfast places in Tynemouth so don’t add it to your booking here. Noticed dirty pillow protector as I was leaving in the morning. Yuk.
