Building, location and decor were exceptional.

It's a digital hotel - no onsite staff, no reception, no bar, no restaurant, no communal areas, no lift. All access is by digital code locks. Support is by phone & sometimes slow. Car park is an additional charge. Carpark payment machine wanted coins. No AC in my hot (25C) room with a tiny window, though they moved me on request. Breakfast room is tiny and self service: toast, cereal & snacks only. The closure of Boston town centre for the funfair wrought havoc on my vist - both arriving and leaving - and the hotel could have solved this but didn't.
