So classy, clean, comfy They had heated floors in the bathroom which is out of this world They have an unwinding service during the evening to prepare the room for sleep which is wonderful The staff are really healthy and friendly They answer the phone quickly and get you the things you need without any delay

That we weren’t able to grab a drink in the bar as it was full. As a hotel guest I feel you should be able to get a drink in the hotel even if it means standing by the bar area but I was told this wasn’t allowed.

The room has virtually no windows although your are on the 4th floor feels like a basement. The spa was closed

The hotel and rooms are beautiful - food was equally as enjoyable.

We received a message asking us to review our stay before we had even arrived, which caused some confusion and unnecessary stress. The room itself was extremely noisy due to street traffic. I understand this may be outside of the hotel’s control, but we did not experience this level of noise at other hotels during our stay. After checking out, we were unexpectedly charged an additional £190. I emailed several times with no response, and only when I returned in person was I informed that it was a housekeeping error. The charge was eventually refunded.

The staff were very friendly, allowed us a late checkout and organised for lunch at a pub.

The bed was very soft, both myself and husband woke up with strong back pain, lasting about 4 days.
