Large room and bathroom with comfortable King bed. Dual head shower with good pressure. Nice coffee/tea service. Free continental breakfast with great coffee machine. Staff nice. Location in Liverpool One so no taxi can get to hotel - you need to walk a couple of blocks. Quiet area at night.

A beautiful, well appointed hotel. The front staff was so kind and helpful, the room was spotless and beds are so comfy. Best place to stay in Liverpool!

We really enjoyed our stay at School Lane Hotel in Liverpool. Pros: The location is excellent—just steps from shopping, restaurants, and pubs. We booked the family studio, their largest room, and it was perfect for our family of four (two boys, 11 and 16). While there’s no kitchenette, the hotel offers complimentary pastries and coffee each morning in the lobby. The room was very spacious by European standards, and the bathroom was a standout—modern, roomy, and the shower was fantastic. Cons: The entrance is a bit tricky to find—it’s just to the right of Hotel Chocolat. Parking is about a 5-minute walk at Q-Park Hanover Street. Be sure to pre-book and use the hotel’s discount code; we paid around £20 overnight. There are no on-site amenities like a gym or spa, but guests can access facilities at a nearby sister hotel (we didn’t use them, so can’t comment). Overall: A great stay, and we’d definitely return!

Bright and large rooms and bathrooms. Very conveniently located, friendly staff. A Fridge in the room would have been good other than that the amenities were good

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Convenient. Everything we needed. Coffee and pastries in the lobby in the mornings and warm, friendly staff complete the experience. We’ll be back.

Had a room beside the elevator which was loud but besides this it was amazing, my security deposit is yet to be returned (as of writing this)

Very new hotel that actually feels like you are entering an office. Everything feels brand new. Rooms are large with wonderful shower and bathroom. Reception is run by very young staff but they are excellent. Very helpful and polite. They even bake the pastries for the morning breakfast in reception. Location is almost in the L1 shopping centre, so if you love the shops, this hotel is ideal. Also few mins walk to Liverpool Central station and Lime St station just 5 mins further up the road.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms amazing! LocationI is great location .Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only concern is there is no parking on premises or drop off area at hotel for luggage. It's about a 10 minute walk from parking garage.

The property is nice however you have to park a decent distance and walk with your luggage as the hotel does not have an area to drive up. I was more upset with the bed because the middle was sunken down. It was a larger bed so I didnt notice until I had called to sleep. I had to sleep at the edge. But reconsider as parking was not convenient. I also asked for towels and they forgot. I had to go back down and ask again.

A minimalistic hotel which is clean, bright and airy and in a very good location. Excellent value.
