The hotel is beautifully presented inside and out. The hotel has fantastic amenities onsite including bar and restaurant; and quality of both are exceptionally good. Staff are welcoming, warm and friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is unparalleled for exploring the old town within minutes.

I cannot fault the hotel. If I had to pick one thing; the continental breakfast included within the price is a great asset, however, if I were to nitpick, I would have liked a cooked breakfast included, opposed to a surcharge.

"Lovely stay - would recommend!"

Lovely hotel - clean, well equipped! Lovely staff too.

The only thing I’d say is to have a blind in the bathroom as the light came through the glass bathroom door in the morning :)

"Glorious stay in Margate at the best hotel"

What a fabulous hotel. From the moment we got there we were made to feel welcome by the hotel staff and the room and building exceeded our expectations. There were nice little touches from the decor (old photos in frames, original art work and local maps and documents) to the roof terrace with fabulous views and books in the bedrooms related to Margate. The bed was very comfortable and large. The continental breakfast was delicious (I recommend the granola!) and the location perfect in the old town and opposite the Turner gallery. Nothing not to like. We will be back!
