The staff were lovely and the bar/restaurant/lounge areas were very attractive

The room was small and difficult to negotiate. Also not much natural light so a bit depressing

The bed was comfy, high standard of cleanliness within the room, main lobby and bar, the spa facilities was decent value for money, located close to night life, food and shopping, the complimentary robe, slippers, tea, coffee and mini-fridge was a nice touch, the door man was funny and polite! They held our bags outside of our stay while we waited for our train.

Reception and I tried numerous times to book into the spa to no avail as they did not answer the phone, they told us they would give us a call which never came, we finally managed to get in touch with them last minute. Signage to facilities, rooms, etc was not very clear, the building is a bit of a maze.

Reception staff were very energetic and welcoming. Treatments in the spa were good.

Room was very small and cramped. £50 to go into the "spa" but its not higher a standard than a decent gym like David Lloyd... Bit disappointing, the only benefit I guess what they appeared to limit the numbers to everyone had a lounger. Still not convinced it was value for money, the fact she asked how it was at checkout suggests alot moan about it.

Incredible building and a really lovely stay. Staff were brilliant and always friendly. We could’ve spent all day in the bar/cafe area!
