Enjoyed our staff at The Burrendale Hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is a beautiful 4-star hotel. From the moment we entered the door and walked up to the reception desk to the moment we checked out, we had friendly, impeccable service. The room was spacious and beautiful. The restaurant for breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay. The room was spotless with lots of space. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was first class with plenty of choice.

The hotel and spa is in need of renovations, I think maybe some rooms have already had a revamp but my room was very much like going back into the 90s. However the staff more than make up for that, they are very helpful and welcoming. They made our stay very enjoyable and I would return.

Excellent staff service. Couldn’t have been nicer

My husband and I spent a couple of days at The Burrendale just a couple of days ago. We were delighted with our room. It was a lot bigger than most of the hotels we have stayed in. We had a balcony with a view of the Mourne Mountains. The room was spotless and the bathroom was great. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and the food was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Brill stay, would def go back

Front of house were excellent. Rooms and decor were slightly dated. Pool and Spa were good but towels were frayed and had holes in them. The Country Club receptionist apologised for the condition of them. Food and service in the bar were excellent apart from they forgot my Irish coffee that i ordered. Breakfast was fabulous apart from the eggs. All of the eggs in the tray were hard. I asked for some fresh ones and they came out hard as well. Overall 7/10
