"Great value in Hamptons Court area"

The check in was easy; the linens were quality; the breakfast was excellent; the staff were friendly; the complementary coffee/tea service was good; the room was quite small but everything worked properly and the lightening was good.

Very welcoming. Lovely food and drink. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Modern bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Short walk to hampton court palace,short drive to kew gardens.

Excellent service, attention and staff is just really attentive. Great location, very close to station which takes one to waterloo in 40 min. Super recommend!! Will definitely be staying again!!

Our stay at the Kings Arms was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. It would be great if there was more parking, but that didn’t affect our stay.

Very helpful staff and very conveniently placed to access Hampton Court Palace. Please be aware parking is very limited and some rooms are up 2 flights of stairs.

We arrived early and was greeted by a lovely young man on reception. Super friendly and polite. Room was spotless and has everything in we needed. Great location for Hampton Court Palace. Breakfast cooked to order and very tasty. All members of the team were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
