Great location, beautiful interior, roomy rooms, loved the skylight in Monarch room, great room amenities, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, climate control worked well, staff very nice and helpful, all around worth the price for a much much better than typical hotel.

Scald protector kept water from being as hot as desired in shower, could never figure out hot water for sink.

I stayed in room 7 which was excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the staff super helpful and friendly.

Area is not the best, but I think that is more because it is Southampton rather than specifically related to the surrounding streets

Excellent property comfortable bed great pillows the room was beautiful everything you need was there tooth bruises Coke water ect dressing gowns slippers …the breakfast was exceptional presentation was fabulous
