The ac doesn’t blow enough
GBI stayed at Ilford Grand Hotel last night. The main positive was the location — it’s very close to the town centre, with plenty of food stores, restaurants, and shops nearby, which was really convenient.
There were several issues with the room. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt quite small, the carpet had visible stains, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly, which was frustrating. Overall, the location is great, but the comfort and room condition need improvement.
