Wilton House

The staff were very helpful, followed up and pleasant. Apartment was modern, spotless, convenient and great value for money. It's gonna be our regular accommodation for Belfast from now on.

Great central location. Great quality surroundings and ambience. Superb service from the Ladies on site from arrival through to checkout .

Perfect location, excellent facilities and very friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were in one of the apartments in the original house, and it was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. Location is great -- we walked everywhere -- and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. I would be remiss not to mention the lovely staff, who allowed us to check in a couple of hours early and also promptly mailed me my Kindle when I left it behind. Highly recommend staying here, it was perfect!

The location was excellent, lots of nice restaurants nearby and not far from the shops. It felt very safe and was quiet at night despite being close to a busy road.

The receptionist wasn’t very attentive or friendly. The window in our bedroom had a broken handle which meant that it couldn’t be opened at all. One of the bedside lamps had a dead bulb. The was dust on the closet door. There were no tissues. There was no milk for tea despite it being labelled a serviced apartment but we were told there’s a Tesco nearby. The host seemed not to have read my request/note about the significance of our stay, being a joint birthday-anniversary celebration and subsequently there was no effort made of this. The building we stayed in was also not nearly as nice as the old style rooms displayed on the site, in fact we didn’t stay at Wilton House at all since the buildings aren’t even joined.
