The Meadowpark

Outstanding staff, lovely room and furnishings, complimentary drink was a pleasant surprise. Lively bar and the food was excellent as was the service. Impossible to fault.

Our stay was amazing we will definitely return. The room was immaculate the finishing touches were brilliant and the food was okay too! Small moan re having to ask for our breakfast pack and the butter was missing from that which I missed on my croissant but other than that I loved it!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very boutique room, lots of facilities, very cozy bar. Love this place.

The hotel lived up to expectations, which were pretty high given the excellent ratings and reviews! The room was luxurious, well decorated with quality furnishings. There were lots of thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge, complementary beer in the fridge, offer of a couple of free drinks in the bar, breakfast hampers for the mornings. We'd definitely stay there again. The 'only' issue I had was on the first night when we arrived at 7/8pm on friday night, the car park was full and we had difficulty getting parked. luckily someone left and we were able to get parked, but that is a tiny niggle.

Food not great

Fabulous room but strangely no cooked breakfast was available. The cold continental was very good though. Lovely bar and very lovely staff

Good sized room and good range of complimentary items especially the beers in the fridge and voucher for a complimentary G&T. Staff were lovely. We booked to eat in the restaurant at 8pm and were a bit disappointed to find that some of the items on the menu were not available (chicken kebabs and steak). We ordered alternatives which we couldn’t fault hence the 5*. Lovely breakfast in the room although a bit unclear about how we got it. We had to go back downstairs after our meal to check and collect
