1er petit déjeuner non pret mais remboursé.

It was just over 1 mile from the venue where I was working

Advertised a restaurant, which didn't exist, I asked about breakfast and was offered a burger. The room had an odour of disinfectant or bad air fresheners, it did keep the flies at bay. The mattress on the bed was so thin that it compressed so you sat on the bed base, at a height of 12inches off the floor. There were two thin and hard pillows. I went to hang my trousers and shirts in the wardrobe, there was one child's size hanger available. As the restaurant wasn't available, I set off to find something, there were a few fast food restaurants about half a mile away, with Morrisons less than 2 miles. Bed was uncomfortable, so i slept with difficulty. then to top it off, at 02:20hrs some one returned to park their car outside my window with loud music.

Shower stuck on scalding hot. Tv didn’t have basic channels. Asked for receipt and messaged 3 times still no receipt. Looks derelict from front surrounded by roadworks so can’t even walk anywhere. Have obviously spent some money tidying up but strangely motel style set up not priced accordingly.

Not much

Loud men directly outside our door, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. Couldn’t even stay the whole night and had to stay elsewhere as we did not feel comfortable staying here. 100% would not recommend

Nothing the bed was infested with bed bugs leaving the property bitten alive the road to the property is closed so is a pain in the arse to travel to

Very near the A428 which is undergoing major roadworks at the site of the hotel, with traffic cones everywhere. The construction work a bit of a mess but absolutely NOT the hotel's fault and it should NOT put you off from staying there. Once in my room there was no sound of the work. The hotel is nearer to Papworth Everard than Cambridge but is about 20 minutes' drive to the Cambridge Park and Ride. I was received with great kindness by the lovely staff, who checked me in and one lady even carried my bags for me, which was so sweet. My room was in a separate block - the shower was good and hot and the bed was made up with very clean bed linen. The carpet will need replacing in due course, but this did not affect my stay. There was a TV although I did not use it.
