"Great location, near and clean except no lift access"

The location was pretty great, it was just a stones throw away from the station and all the high street shops.

No lift is available, and we were given a 3rd floor room. Moving up and down with luggage was tiring.

"Great location "

Great location, easy to find, right in middle of town, short walk from train station, lots of stairs to climb. Comfortable room but strong smell from bathroom and noisy all night with birds on the roof.

The location was great! The shared kitchen was a bonus!

The bed mattresses were terrible! They need to be replaced. Some in our group opted to sleep on the floor rather than on the beds. The carpets in the individual rooms need a good cleaning.
