Location and price.

It was a bit noisy with the pubs on Church St. But it didn't stop me sleeping.

Location was excellent Close to everything

The floor was not even therefore the bed was on a lean, I kept sliding down the foot of the bed. However that was a minor issue as the room was clean and the kitchen facilities excellent .
