Great room, pet friendly with bowls and bed (if needed), comfortable room with all we needed for a one night stay,

Modern and clean with easy parking.

The room was the smallest I have stayed in with a bed that was a small double and not a standard double as booked. Not fit for a married couple if you are more than a size 12 and your husband is built like mine is. I had no sleep. The room is on the road and you hear every noise around. There is a green light by the door that you cannot switch off and disturbs your sleep. The tv remote had no back and the coffee machine had old pods and water in.

Exceptional food, lovely room and v accommodating to our dog too. Perfect location for visiting my daughters in Hitchin over Christmas

Everything about our stay was an absolute joy. The lovely lady at reception who found us a table for dinner even though the restaurant was very busy. Really lovely meal. Warm room waiting for us. Two very nice dog beds with doggy biscuits personalised with the name of the hotel. Just a lovely place to stay. Weren’t we lucky?

Stayed at The Fox for Christmas a wonderful stay and value for money! Lovely bathroom and shower. Spacious room and bed! Coffee and tea was refreshed even on Xmas day! Pub is really lovely too. Comfy bed and loads of space. Ace we will 100% be back.
