All staff were polite and friendly from the minute we arrived, room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Evening meal in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was plentiful. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

A nice quiet place to be with great local beauty. Very polite staff that are attentive and produce delicious food that is high quality and very reasonably priced. Nice room of good standard.

The place was pretty, had a convenient parking space, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Lovely location and setting, however they are very tired bedrooms. Service in the restaurant both evenings was well below expected. Food was good though. We had no hot water for our 2nd night nor in the morning. Bathroom in dire need of a refresh. Mattress was very soft. Room smelt of sewage on 2nd night. Apparently due to a septic tank issue. No offer for compensation. New manager as of 2 weeks ago so I hope he pulls things up as this place has the potential to be fab. I would expect a refund for our 2nd night.

Delightful hotel. Amazing staff. Super friendly and really went out of their way. Lovely, small, relaxed, dog friendly country hotel. The sous chief was especially good and created a lovely main for me.

Nice property but ... Too dirty bath room. Too dusty, just bed was clean
