SGI like the swimming pool for kids. My 3 year old daughter loved it. Adult pool too its good. My 2 teenange boys loved it too. Not too deep.
There is no microwave to reheat food. And no place to dry laundry after washing. No wardrobe in bedroom2 for me to hang clothes for my teenange boys. No towels after swimming at the security counter. Need to bring our own towels from apartment.

The staff / person in charge for this homestay is not friendly. As i'm 'kampung person', we were having a problem for the first time to open the door, with no coverage for the internet, after 10 minute decide to call the staf but no answer at all and being respond with "no spam call !!!!!!! text please". And one more their homestay is at level 37 or 38 and it's soooooooooo long to wait for their lift.. more than 30 minutes, with nearly no air cycle😅 please change your mind if you want to go with your old grandparents or high demand baby😂

Every year we booked Bali Residence- last year deposit was placed in mail box, returned the deposit in mail box. Room mattress deplorable,sleeping on spring!! Toilet flooded, Pool steps has 3 nos bolts protruding out that cuts your legs. No one to call for help. Want deposit RM 200 desperately, paid S$985 , convert to Rm almost Rm4000, return the deposit seem impossible- till now after 3 days after checkout still cant return. The Heystay management refused to answer any call, or reply in the watsapp. Very urgent to collect deposit. Extremely disappointed. .i have yet to receive my deposit!

MYThe unit was very clean and came well-equipped. Lighting is good. Air-con and fans were well provided. Communication was clear and prompt. Location is good.
Wifi was not as stable as expected, especially on the upper floor.
NZLarge spacious apartment. Two large pools and the gym very good. No pool towels provided. The hairdryer was not working, management provided a new one within 30 minutes. Some good eateries in area and a couple of massage places.
No sofa, only seating were the two kitchen chairs and a bench. No lamp by bed which was annoying. No drinking glasses and very limited kitchenware. Would have been nice to have had shampoo supplied.
