Location. Apartment

Soundproofing is non existent. Could listen the toilette flushes, TVs noises and children of other rooms. It is not aligned to Marriott brand to offer one hotel where you are awoken by a guest of other room using the toilette or the TV. Pools are very small for the size of the hotel. Gastronomical offer limited and very expensive for Malaysian standards

"Great Hotel, great location and wonderful staff"

Fantastic hotel in great location with wonderful staff and amenities. Apartments are extremely comfortable with large living areas, full fridge and all kitchen amenities including dishwasher/washing machine/dryer for those on longer stays. Water and soft drinks refilled daily in room. Shower awesome and all extras in bathrooms. Pool area is great as is gym and steam rooms. Buffet breakfast is fantastic - make sure you include in your stay. Short walk or 'Grab' to Gurney Plaza plus Hawkers and restaurants walking distance also. Will definitely return.

Beds a little firmer than we like.

The hotel was new, service was good, it was a 5 star stay. There is currently a small construction site next to the hotel at the moment, a little noisy when swimming, other than this I would recommend this hotel.

"Overall stay was very good"

Breakfast spread was good however the Q was not very well managed during peak period.Need to arrange for options ie open up another area for breakfast to supplement the peak period.
