This is the property you don't want miss. It is in excellent condition. Surely will return.

Location of the lodgings is very strategic located right in the middle of the city of Ipoh. Room was clean.

The staff could be friendlier when handling customer service. There was fire drill going on first day of the stay. The fire alarm kept going off

The studio room was enough for couple for a night or two . Has a great pool with view.

The studio we booked had a description saying there is a kitchenette with oven for small cooking and hence we booked it. But there is none except for the electric kettle. Not even plates to have food. When i asked them about it, there was no response for a long time. The room wasn’t cleaned and had hair lying around in the corners of the room. Pictures attached. The neighbours wouldn’t lock the main door when they went out and it was such a pain to lock ourselves every single time they went out. The small trash bin in the room was full by the day one and overflowing for the next day. The bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan and you have to open the window for it. The ironing machine was burnt and sticking to the cloths so we didn’t use. It was damaged by previous guests and they didn’t fix it. If I hadn’t noticed, I would burn my cloths too. There was some smokey smell coming when I switched it on. The lift floor was slippery from the people getting to their rooms from the pool with wet cloths. Finally, when we checked out we couldn’t unlock the mailbox as we tried the password given by them. And waited quite some time for their guy to come. But then he made us wait till he opened the mailbox and kept the keys and took a picture to send the owner. Which is a ridiculous rule when we were already late and told them we had to catch the train. Later we noticed the management had sent 2 different passcodes in 2 different messages and they hadn’t updated the messages. We were late and almost missed our train because of this.

Well maintained unit with all facilities. Easy & fast communication with property manager. Free car parking.

Overall is good. Aircond is cool plug is enough for use. Location is nice to go everywhere too.

Just curious why the toilet so big ? It's half of the room..🤣
