Clean and no bad odour, the water pressure also good.

Its a corner unit. Clean & well maintained unit. All the necessity provided. Walking distance to restaurants & mart.

It will be great if 2 cards were provided & digital door lock would be great too.

I didn't like the carpark it was very tight at the curves. Security guard smells of alcohol the older guy at night. The property was excellent Nice open and clean.

"Good place but not good for disabled"

Clean, kitchen is well stocked with utensils for four persons, WiFi and TV box

More than four persons utensils required as it is a 3 bedroom apartment. Cramped bathroom with doors unable to accommodate wheelchair for disabled. Wet elevator floors due to folks using it after the pool
