Location is good as I have a plan to visit lost world tambun which is just a walking distance from my suite.

1. There is no cloth drying rack at the balcony which I feel inconvenient to dry my family swim suit especially when onsen suite is having swimming pool/ hot spring facility, and near to a water theme park. 2. It will be great if you can provide one more pair of key (room key and lift card) especially for customer like coming with few family member

The location was perfect but the breakfast have to provide too🙏🏻

As a suit apartment for guests, must provide napkin , tea bag and coffee, sugar and hand soap. I didn’t get them there. Because of construction so noisy.

Very central to the tambun park, parking were great. Facilities in the building were great

The initial room i checked in was not cleaned and prepared on time so i had to move to another apartment, whilst having a sleeping baby. The facilities in the apartment were below average (especially kitchenette)
