Room size ok for a single traveler. Comfortable bed n strong Aircon.

No hangers for clothes

I liked how the room was tidy, small but clean and has roughly all necessary facilities. The hotel is quiet and is near supermarkets and downtown.

Due to a miscommunication on their page, I was planning to pay for my stay in cash (as I've chosen the 'pay at the property' option by cash and put my credit card as a guarantee of the booking), the hotel went ahead and deducted the amount from my credit card without my consent, which caused me some inconvenience. When complaining, they just said they pre-authorize credit card (which is not mentionned on Booking app - which makes it their fault) and did absolutely nothing to compensate me or satisfy my claim. I'm totally unhappy with that.

Location was great, hotel was clean and housekeeping really cool. Water pressure and air conditioning were great too.

Wifi connection. It was really really bad for my room - either really slow or not even connecting. Was wondering could it be room was situated at back corner. Told the reception, check was done but nothing could be done. Solution offered was to top up so that I can move out of that room - bcos that was the only floor and room with that particular configuration!! So they wanted me to pay extra so that I can use the wifi that was stated usable in booking?! Btw, this room type is only available on the 2nd floor and there's no chair inside the room. So if you are buying food back, be ready to eat standing up or sitting on bed/floor.

Good location.

Aircon abit noisy. Could be more generous on coffee satchet as I didn't ask for daily housekeeping
